Judas (John 12:4-5) stirred up the other Apostles (Matthew 26:8-9; Mark 14:4-5) saying, “Why this waste?” (Matthew 26:8; Mark 14:4).
In John 17:12, Jesus used the same word and referred to Judas as “the son of perdition.”
Judas criticized Mary for wasting money, but he wasted his life.
